Alpha Cleaning says:

Usually it is. There is no gloss on such floor. Sometimes the floor can appear wavy. Also you can apply stripper to such floor and scrub it with small pad, if nothing is removed than there is no wax.

Couple of things here. This young men is using a finish mop for the final cleaning/mopping before applying wax, ( this mop leaves lint, and should be used for applying floor finish only and then thrown away. second the guy is applying floor finish with cut end mop which leaves lint in the floor finish. bad decision

eric hogan says:

what do you charge for a 1000 sq foot room?

ok250682 says:

Is it expensive?

Alpha Cleaning says:

To my knowledge Bravo is made by Johnson and is a pretty good stripper. Sometimes you have to strip a few times. We had a job yesterday where the floor was so bad that we had to strip it 3 times. Also, we had to manually scrape of all wax near the baseboards and had to repeat it a few times. You can also try to change pads more often and to wash them periodically. Also, 3M makes a good thin black stripping pad, it’s expensive but it does a good job Sometimes you just have to be patient Good luck

eAccess Solutions Inc says:

Fadu Sysko says:

How often do you strip and wax a floor?

Chad Chering says:

What a Fantastic job they did to that floor, I could so use these guys to clean the doctors offices that I work for. our floors always look grubby from time to time and a mop just doesn’t cut it

Info Enema says:

There’s a guy I work with that says he can use undiluted stripper on vinyl floors and finish jobs 4x’s faster than anyone else.
Is it possible to use undiluted stripper and do the job correctly? If not, what would be some of the reasons one could not use undiluted stripper to strip vinyl floors?

Alpha Cleaning says:

thanks for your help.

Fausto Rios says:

Why would you need to neutralize the floor? I know a person with the school district that uses vinegar but I was unsure why he did it. What if you don’t neutralize? Thanks for the upload

Augustine Gerry says:

you can see it by your eyes but most of the time you need to touch the floor with your finger and you can feel it. Most of the times you will see the rough spots means still has wax. There is a big chance to see if the floor has wax remained or not “obvious”.
