great video! I plan on grouting trafficmaster ceramica vinyl tile over my plywood subfloor. What preparation do I need for the subfloor besides checking for dips in the plywood.
This looks beautiful I did a similar thing to my bedroom. What is the wall color? it’s very nice.
Thank you so much.
I would suggest undercutting your doorway board finishing and having the tile slide underneath the wood trim. Only thing I disagreed with.
This looks great though very modern
The floor before was nice lol
Great video very helpful!
If I was to lay this on my living room floor will it cause any damage to the flooring because I’m renting
So I just am seeing this video for the first time and it’s October 2017. How has it held up?
Hey Pete, did you do anything to treat the sheet vinyl floor below? If not, are the tiles still down strong, or are they peeling up…thanks!
amazing!
Does anyone know if this would work over small mosaic tile?
Looks great!
The result looks really good. This has more of a rounded edge than the cheaper groutable peel and stick tile made by TrafficMaster and StainMaster. This looks really good without the grout. Definitely doing this in my next house instead of the cheaper grade I did in my current house with grout.
have you had any issues with settling between the grout?
It looks amazing!! Can’t wait to do mine!! Thanks for sharing 🙂
Just bought some and needed guidance. Great demo-thanks!
Followed your helpful instructions, but several tiles did not seal on edges or corners. Tiles were put on prepared old linoleum on basement floor. Have been running a heater to warm up tiles for a better seal, which has help some. Is there any glue or adhesive you would recommend to make the remaining places stick?
Looks great. Thanks for the video.
Great job! Thank-you for taking the time to make this video! I have put in 9 laminate floors myself, and will be doing this after removing ceramic tile. This looks like a breeze, and no chop saw, or messy grout. 🙂
how will this hold up with kids spilling everything in the world on it. tracking in dirt and mud. i can see filth building up in the seams.
Can you put that over real existing ceramic tile?
How many boxes did you use?
And the tile feels just like ceramic? You did a beautiful job
If I install this over existing ceramic tile flooring will it dip into the grout lines?
where did you purchase this from?
The old floor looked nicer. What about the old tile grooves showing through new tile after time??
How has it held up?
Did the original sheet vinyl have a texture to it (for example, did the fake grout lines have an indent)? If so, have you seen the texture come through on your tiles over the years?
Im gonna do my bathroom and laundry room it looks beautiful
