I don’t know why they fit kitchen units and then the floor tiles that’s wrong that’s why there is lots of pest coming from the back of the units because they don’t seal holes.

Fist fix the tiles all around the floor and after fix the kitchen on top. If one day you will decide to move the kitchen what are you going to do if they will not sell again the same tiles?

Is it a better idea to tile a kitchen and bathroom floor with everything removed? I.e bath, toilet, sink, kitchen units, skirting, door frames? Sure doing this means a better finish around the edges as they will all be covered? Thanks.
