What are the 90 degree brackets for that went under the carpeted panel?
I’m doing kind of the same thing this winter to my v-bottom. This is going back a ways and sorry about that, but what size rivets did you use and did you use rivet washers?? Thanks!
Wow! Loving the progress! Keep up the good work and great videos.
Hey man, I’m working on restoring the same boat that you got. I’m wondering what type of wood did you use for the transom.
Thanks
Awesome job brother!
*They make truss plates for joining two pieces of wood. If you would have used those, those two pieces of wood, would have become one solid piece.*
Hey man just subscribed! Boat is looking good! I actually just bought the same boat got it for $500! Anyway I just posted my first video of it so check it out when you get a chance and let me now what you think. I watched all of your videos on this restoration and used them to determine whether or not I was going to buy the boat. I do have one question for you . When you replaced the transom did you have to cut that back piece out or wre you able to take the front off that back piece and slip a new piece in there?
Looking good brother! Keep up the great work.
Very informative, Nice work. Keep On Keeping On
